He grew up in the shadow of the famed Sunset Strip, while living in the suburbs of Los Angeles. From being raised in shrouded in those shadows, he developed his influences and cultivated his style, starting to play the guitar at age 10. He emulated his heroes The Edge, Bob Mould and Ace Frehley, creating a distinct playing style that has earned him kudos and accolades from fellow guitarists.        He has honed his craft by playing in a pop-band Statica, as well as other bands, Screaming Mad George, Mega Maniac, and the popular band Velvet. He also does well holding his own in his solo acoustic shows. He now plays in the very same clubs that, as a child, he would only fantasize about.People are taking notice of his talents, including a recent review of one of his shows in the O.C. Weekly. Kevin has showcased his writing talents, playing and writing with other bands to their delight. Armed with a lethal writing talent and an equally devastating skill with the electric guitar, this self-proclaimed "madman/boy-wonder trapped in the body of a hopeless romantic, trapped in a movie about hopeless romantics" is an emerging talent to watch.
